She received a doctoral degree in Rural, Agricultural, Technological, and Environmental History Program from Iowa State University in 2018. Weber has published articles and essays in Agricultural History, HNET, and Enterprise & Society, including 2020’s, “The Cult of Convenience: Marketing and Food in Postwar America.”
