Request a transcript

You may obtain your official transcript by submitting a request online. The process for requesting transcripts is different for students that attended UW-Barron County before fall of 2019 versus students attending UW-Eau Claire – Barron County starting the fall of 2019 or later. Please refer to the process based on when you attended.

Alumni and former students through summer 2019
  1. Order your transcript online - Supply an email address to receive updates on the status of your order. Please keep your order number.
  2. Check the status of your order - Use the order number to check the status of your order.

Student transcripts beginning fall 2019

Transcripts for students attending UW-Eau Claire – Barron County starting fall of 2019 can be requested through CampS. Please see the UW-Eau Claire site for information on requesting your transcript through CampS.
