ECBC Help Desk
The ECBC Help Desk is conveniently located near the library’s front entrance and is the one-stop-shop for library and tech support. Please visit our Student Technology Support page for more information about:
- Tech support including DUO, email, and Canvas
- Computer lab access
- Wireless network
- Printing, copying, and scanning
Students at UW-Eau Claire - Barron County use their UWECBC card to print. Students will be charged $.05 for black & white prints. The printer will default to double sided copies, but individuals may change their preference to print on a single sided page. Purchases are non-refundable.
The library has a number of equipment items available for checkout. Please inquire at the ECBC Help Desk to find out what items are currently available. Checkout periods vary by item.
